Daniel did an outstanding job selling our home. So much in fact, that not only did he sell one of our homes, but it was also a no brainer to reach out to him again for our second home. As a realtor, his knowledge of the business is incredible, but more so, his compassion and focus on his clients is exceptional. He responded quickly to any calls and/or concerns we had along the way and made the whole experience flawless. We were so glad to have sold our homes and will miss working with Daniel. He has become a good friend along the way, and it was such a joy working with him.

Matt is the very best agent I have worked with while buying or selling a home. He recently guided the sale of my mothers home in St. Peters, MO. He provided excellent advice on how to position my mother's house at the right price to attract buyers to the home. The house sold quickly and we are very happy with the results. We worked with Matt Bergjans of The Gellman Team as our buyer’s agent, and he was fantastic. We began with a meeting in which he listened carefully to our goals and asked excellent clarifying questions so that he could focus his search. Next, he took us through several properties that were perfect for helping us to decide what we wanted. When we chose new construction, he was with us every step through the seven month process. Matt was always easily available, offered great suggestions, and helped us sort out some glitches. By the end, the experience was truly like working with a friend.
