Working with the Gellman Team and specifically Matt Bergjans was a great experience. The teams dedication and hard work helped make the process of moving across the country, on a compressed military timeline, a very manageable experience. Matt's help, both in person and two timezones away, allowed me to get into the house I needed on a tight timeline during a challenging market. I'd absolutely work with the Gellman Team again in the future.

Allison Shumway was our guardian angel during the home buying process. She set up showings immediately anytime we found something we were interested in, worked around our schedules, and always responded timely. She never pushed us towards anything we weren’t sure of and once we found a place we loved, she made it so seamless and smooth to win with our offer. She showed up to every inspection to help us understand and set up appointments for repair quotes when she definitely did not have to. She handled all the stress with negotiations while always keeping us in the loop. She went above and beyond and we could not recommend her enough. If we could buy 10 houses with Allison, we would. As a first time homebuyer, Allison made the process much easier than I was expecting. I was moving from across the country in a short time frame and after sending a list of what I was looking for, Allison was able to meet my tight schedule to tour potential homes.
