Alessandro was a fantastic real estate agent—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions, explain details clearly, and made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication made a potentially stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Do not use Stacey Cox or Gellman Realty . Last Summer, Stacey listed my home for sale. As the weeks went by with no serious offers Stacey never once visited my house despite my request for guidance /opinion on updates in person. Near the end of 90 day a buyer with suspect qualifications made an offer requiring a lease-to-purchase. Despite being known scammers with a BK and suspect income, Stacey called it 'a fantastic' offer. This has turned into a six month ordeal costing me > $20k. I have incurred unpaid lease /rent payments and damage to my (and my neighbors) home. The Police came to my house at least three times until the tenants finally moved out. My quiet community in Town & Country has been traumatized. The buyers were also not properly vetted by CB Gundaker. We can expect more. Stay tuned for updates.

Deana was everything we could have asked for in an agent! She helped us buy an investment property and is very knowledgeable in her job. Her fun, easy-going attitute makes you feel at ease during the stressful time of buying a house. She was prompt in scheduling showings and would respond any time we had a question about anything at all. Deana also helped us negotiate a price and deal that we were comfortable with. She was a great person to have on our side throughout the home buying process. I would not hesitate to give her a call in the future and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Unfortunately, my experience working with Daniel Bergjans was disappointing and fell far below professional expectations. From the beginning of our interaction, communication was inconsistent. Calls and emails were frequently ignored or answered with significant delays, which caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a straightforward process. There were also multiple instances where important details were missed. For example, Daniel failed to disclose critical information about a property’s HOA restrictions until late in the process—something that nearly cost us the deal and led to additional fees we had not budgeted for. When asked about the oversight, the response lacked accountability and professionalism. Additionally, during showings and consultations, Daniel often seemed distracted and rushed. In one case, he incorrectly described property features and neighborhood information, which we only found out later through our own research. This lack of diligence made it difficult to trust the guidance we were receiving. Overall, I cannot recommend working with Daniel based on my experience. A real estate professional should be responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to their client’s best interest—qualities I did not observe here.

Daniel did an excellent job selling our home. The initial consultation, preparation, marketing, showings, and the closing was handled very professionally with a unique personal approach.
