Brad is outgoing, considerate, and passionate, which makes him a great agent to work within our home searching process. He took notes on all our preferences during our tour to help find the right home for us. He replied to all our questions within minutes. He chased down the lender before the closing when they couldn’t close the loan in time. Brad is a very smart, patient, and accommodated all our requests. He worked hard behind the scene to make sure things got done. We got the home we really like at the price we are happy with.

Brad is the best in the business. He provided outstanding customer service and was there for us whenever and I mean whenever we needed him. Buying a home is the biggest purchase you can make and since this was our first home we were extremely stressed out. There were nights I would call him at midnight and he would always answer right away and I would try to apologize for calling so late and he would always reply with no worries I’m just at the office getting some work done. I know other realtors who do not put in the time Brad does. He is completely professional in everything he does and I would recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell in the St. Louis area. We actually searched for a house for over a year using Brad and wanted to find our dream home. We would not of been able to do that without his help. I called Brad to sell my condo and he answered immediately with detailed answers to all my questions. Their team came out and presented a professional analysis of how they were going to sell my condo. This complex was cash only which made it tough to find a buyer. I never thought it would happen but he brought me a buyer within a week! Cash offer for what I wanted. From there it was smooth riding to the closing table. I would completely disagree with that one ladies comments. I had an amazing experience and was never left hanging without an answer to any question. It was refreshing that I hired the top agent, It was SO worth his knowledge and guidance, not to mention how helpful his assistant Mickie and the rest of his team are! Outstanding!
