I’ve known Lina for a very long time. I know a LOT of agents and it was hard to disappoint so many of them when I listed my home. I chose Lina because I knew that regardless of what might be going on in her life, Lina would make what was best for me a priority. They say that real estate “priced” is half sold. I had a lot of anxiety about listing price because I wanted my house to move quickly. Left to my own devices, I would’ve priced it too low. Lina’s smart. The listing price was attractive enough to generate tremendous interest and it resulted in a very competitive situation. Thanks to my very talented late wife, and her wonderful aesthetic, the house had beautiful things, but Lina and her amazing team pared it down a little and the property showed liked a jewel thanks to their staging. Her advice about small repairs, painting, window cleaning was thoughtful and didn’t break my budget. And when it was all said and done, I got a sale price that was much higher than any fantasy I had. The process was as smooth as it could be (it’s always a pain in the neck to buy or sell a house), and I couldn’t imagine anyone doing more for me than Lina and her amazing team.
