Matt was extremely patient with us throughout our home buying process as we looked at houses all over Bergen County. He was diligent with sending us potential houses that we would be interested in based on what was important to us and he checked in with us daily. He went above and beyond in getting us the house we wanted by communicating and negotiating well with the sellers agent. We are so happy to be home!

Matthew Lane (Matt), who is our Real estate agent helped to get us the exact property we were looking for in the desired locality, desired development, particular building unit and the floor, in the price range desired, it is just unbelievable. We have been in the market for over 2 years, have visited almost all neighborhoods in the Chatham, Summit and nearby areas with help of Matt. Simply put, but for Matt, we couldn’t have gotten our property of choice. Matt was very patient and helpful, from the first time we met and until we bought and closed on the property. Matt is very pleasant to work with, never pushes or puts any kind of pressure on his clients, that allowed me and my family to enjoy all our showings and finally buy the right property of choice. Matt believes his clients should buy the home they love and works in that direction. Matt was always available, came right on time, fully prepared with all printouts pertaining to the property, answered all questions, shared comparative sales data and any other information that was requested, and did this about 50+ times for each and every property he showed us, and this was extremely helpful. Matt has very good understanding of the local areas, overall home buying/selling and the mortgage process. Matt also introduced us to his friend - Eric, loan officer, who also equally helped us to get everything needed from mortgage commitment to the loan delivery and helped close in the shortest time of about 4 weeks. Matt walked us through the entire process including attorney review, mortgage application, handling title company and finally closing, that it all seemed so easy and clear from start to finish. Just a few days before closing, there came along an unexpected hurdle during the mortgage process, that Matt handled successfully, working with the home owners association, seller’s agent and the mortgage loan officer. Fun fact: We bought this property without even seeing it, just by looking at the videos Matt shared with clear narration. Wishing Matt, Chris and their team lots of success, and looking forward to working with Matt and Lane Team, once again!!

Chris Lane navigated both - the sale of our old and purchase of our new home. Professional, responsive, generous. WIll use her again. Although she found us our forever home, so it may be awhile.

Matt did an excellent job helping me find an investment property. He provided all necessary comps for the property, handled all the paper work, CO etc. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend him to other clients.
