I had the pleasure of working with both Vikram and Liz over the course of a rather crazy Montclair real estate market (1H 2025). They make an excellent and productive team. However, Vikram was my primary contact and will say he is an outstanding real estate broker. He knows the Montclair market cold and helped me navigate a rather opaque and mysterious Montclair market with a calm and undeterred ease, and believe me there will be disappointment and complications along the way so you want someone in the trenches with you to keep things moving. I consider Vikram a trusted advisor as much as an effective broker. He always answers calls and texts in a timely manner and has a Rolodex of top notch referrals (legal, inspection services, contractors etc) that will save you time if you aren’t from or familiar with the area. He can point out good qualities of any house but won’t push you into making bids -> that decision will be yours, and when you win the bid will keep all parties coordinated and on schedule through to close. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful, professional, stress-free and positive experience we had selling our home with the Liz and Vikram team from Sotheby’s. Their concierge services made the decision to sell a very simple one. They quickly determined any repairs and improvements we needed for the house and had estimates and contractors lined up within 24 hours. They cleaned, staged and marketed the house and it sold in a single weekend with numerous offers. They are responsive, capable and knowledgeable. I trusted every piece of advice they gave and it was the most painless, seamless and successful experience my husband and I have ever had selling a house.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was able to get a home within a month, at very near asking price (a near impossibility in this market). His advice was indispensable and even connected me with contractors to help improve the property. Could not recommend him more.
