Patrick Parry is one of the best realtors in Orange County. I first met Patrick seven years ago at a open house in my neighborhood. When it came time for me to sell my house, he was the only person that I contacted. I gave Patrick a wish list of the things that I wanted to accomplish from what was NOT going to be a traditional sale and he met every single item on my wish list before we officially hit the MLS. I am deeply indebted to Patrick for his hard work, dedication and his ability to accomplish what I thought was going to be an impossible task. His knowledge of real estate and current market conditions is unsurpassed. I recommend him highly.

Pat is the consummate real estate professional; he's organized—communicative, knowledgable, great negotiator, and calm. Hes the best realtor in OC and has used him for many transactions in the past 10 years. I would highly recommend him for any type of real estate transaction .

My wife and I worked with Patrick and John to find our legacy dream house in San Clemente and I can't say enough great things about the experience. They walked us through every step of the process with white glove treatment and really added some nice human touches so we felt like family even when it got a little stressful with the seller in the end. Patrick is the best real estate agent I've worked with so far. He helped us buy a home in Irvine where he represented both us and the seller. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly and without any stress. My wife and I have never experienced such high-quality service before. My Husband and I worked with Patrick Parry to sell our home in the Mission Viejo area. He really went above and beyond for us. He made sure that we were visible to all audiences and could report to us what kind of traffic we are seeing as well as offer insight on what more we could do. We had a pretty tight time constraint, which I am sure does not make it easy on a real estate agent when trying to get the best price. But even with that, Patrick was able to get our home to sell for a higher price than we were expecting, in not the best market. We really got lucky having Patrick Parry as our agent and highly recommend him to anyone out there looking to buy or sell in the OC area.
