This is the second time The Pat Lotz Realty team has helped me with the selling/buying of a home. Pat was the selling agent of my condo and Chris was the buying agent for our new home. They were both so communicative, uplifting, and made the process so easy. Lori and Hannah only add to the incredible service this team has to offer. The whole process also went way quicker than we could have ever anticipated and I attribute that to the efficiency skillset the team has. All around we felt taken care of throughout the entire process and I could not recommend them more.

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and had the wonderful privilege of working with Pat Lotz Real Estate Group. We worked with Chris Lotz as our agent. In this crazy market we were a bit hesitant but Chris made this whole process smooth and excellence and was as determined as we were to find a house we loved. Chris was very informative with all the houses we looked at and was very real when it came down to breaking down the pros and cons. From putting in the offer to getting the keys to our new home he was very helpful and there every step of the way. Very attentive, resourceful, and always available when we had questions and to walk us through the steps. We appreciate the whole team and are so thankful for this team for helping us land a home we love. I would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling!

Chris Lotz was fantastic! I recently purchased my first home with Chris and could not have been happier with the assistance he provided throughout the process; Chris was available, prompt, knowledgeable and resourceful every step of the way! Throughout the process, Chris was quick in providing answers to any question or request I had (and, as a first time home-purchaser, I had a lot of dumb questions). During viewings, he excelled in the traditionally expected areas of offering good guidance on layout, location and price; but also, demonstrated great insight into mechanical systems and potential future concerns of the home, to help ensure I was aware of as many boons or shortcomings of a home as possible. While searching, I felt Chris was truthfully trying to help me find the right how and never felt like he just trying to treat the work like a quick, impersonal transaction. Even after finding the right home and putting in an offer, Chris worked diligently to ensure the closing went as smoothly as possible and, for the items I had to take care of during and after closing, recommended contractors who have all proven to be high-caliber in their own right. If you are looking for a home in the area and want someone who is personable, knowledgeable, prompt, accurate, and extraordinarily helpful, then I cannot recommend Chris enough! I know I'll be recommending him to any of my friends who might look in the area in the future!
