Chris Lotz helped us find and purchase a home in Ann Arbor. From my first conversation with him he understood exactly what we were hoping for in our new home. We currently live in the Chicago area, and Chris scouted properties and provided videos that helped us make our decision. His guidance through the process was amazing, as was his communication re: changes in the real estate business since we last bought a home 25 years ago. Great job!

Pat is absolutely amazing, she’s responsive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else for my future real estate needs. We sold a house and bought a house with them and they were there for us every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the second time The Pat Lotz Realty team has helped me with the selling/buying of a home. Pat was the selling agent of my condo and Chris was the buying agent for our new home. They were both so communicative, uplifting, and made the process so easy. Lori and Hannah only add to the incredible service this team has to offer. The whole process also went way quicker than we could have ever anticipated and I attribute that to the efficiency skillset the team has. All around we felt taken care of throughout the entire process and I could not recommend them more.
