The realtor we chose to help us in buying our home was Kristin Ebert. Finding Kristin was like hitting the lottery. I had not been personally recommended to her, I chose her specifically, solely based on her reviews and the first conversation that I had with her on the phone. After “interviewing” multiple other realtors from various agencies, and being unimpressed, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Within a few minutes of my conversation with Kristin, I knew she was who we needed by our side for this huge life decision! A couple years ago we had a previous bad experience with a different realtor, not related to this group, that put us on edge. We were terrified of being taken advantage of again. She assured us each step of the way that everything would be done right with her as our realtor, and she has exceeded that promise. She has gone to bat for us in every single area of our home purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the home selling and buying process. Question about paperwork? Call Kristin. Question about something from the bank? Call Kristin. Inspection or appraisal question? Call Kristin. This has been my go to pattern, because she knows the answers or will go out of her way to get them for you. She knows her way around any paperwork you will encounter. She responds immediately to any phone calls and texts that I send. She listens and is patient. She is honest and ethical. She makes it all easy to understand. She truly advocates for YOUR best interest in every way. Kristin’s negotiation skills and client protection are top-tier. She fights for you (and wins!), every step of the way. When decision time comes around, she clearly lays out your options and does not pressure you in any way to make certain choices but lets you make the decisions. This was not a perfect process, as all home purchases can have their bumps, but for each issue we encountered, Kristin was there to fix them. She is not afraid to advocate for you. Saying she is intelligent in this field is an insult- she is a genius. She truly takes her clients issues and needs seriously and handles them like you’re family. Kristin also has contacts in every area of the home process and that has been a wonderful asset. To top it all off, she is a mom, and has been super sweet and accommodating when we bring our kids along for showings and even to our closing. She has earned the title “friend” along with “our life-long realtor”. Whether you are searing for your fifth home or your first, I know for a fact that you will be thanking your lucky stars that you reached out to Kristin. As you can see, she has plenty of other glowing reviews, and after getting to know her and seeing her work, I can attest to the fact that she has put her blood, sweat, and tears into earning each and every one of them. We closed on our dream home today and I could not wait to post a review so that more sellers and buyers can have the amazing experience that we did. We will be recommending her every chance we have!

Jake was amazing! He was helpful and honest, and had tons of great experts to recommend throughout the process. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family, and will use him again in the future when we move again.

Jake showed up friendly, prepared and focused. He took the time to develop a realistic and effective marketing plan for my moms condo, looking out for her interests with good advice. His strategy paid off, attracting 3 solid offers in less than a week, all exceeding my expectations. He then navigated the negotiations and paperwork beautifully. If you want an effective, competent professional with an easy-going people-person demeanor, Jake's your man! He will always get my recommendation.
