Jake has helped our family of four sell and now purchase a new home and we have enjoyed every moment working with him. Jake is a very personable and easy going professional. The thing we appreciated almost as much as his industry knowledge was his willingness to do the right thing and always give suggestions based on what was best for our family. Jake would say things like "This home has a lot to offer at a good price but you guys mentioned you wanted certain things that aren't here and to stay in this budget". These gentle reminders kept us on track with the boundaries we set for ourselves and ultimately helped us land into our perfect home at a well negotiated price. Jake would always be available by phone and was always willing to drop everything to show us a house but he only gave suggestions based on what we said we were looking for. It would be special if when our small children grow up that Jake would be able to help them find homes and we would know they are getting the best and most honest guidance out there.

I’ve bought and sold 6 houses with all different realtors. By far, Jake was the best. Not only is he good at his job but he was always available for a text or a call and worked hard! Give this guy your business! You won’t regret it. Great job Jake!!
