I was a client of Wendy Thagard and I cannot recommend her enough. My wife and I were dead set on living in Downtown Plymouth, which is a very competitive area. Wendy went above in beyond: sending us listings immediately after they came on the market, meeting us promptly for showings, and advising us during negotiations. During closing, the listing agent noted that we got the house in part because Wendy was very aggressive (but respectful). We even beat out some all cash offers in the process. I will absolutely be going back to Wendy when purchasing another home or selling one.
