Working with Van is like a breath of fresh air. We've worked with several realtors in the past but none have been as professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accomodating as Van. We literally handed her the keys to our home, and she took care of everything! It was a totally stress free experience. I had the greatest pleasure working with Van, who came highly recommended by my aunt. Being a first time home buyer, it was super scary, but Van literally held my hand through it all and didn't overwhelm me with all the jargon and lingo. She explained everything very well and make sure you understand everything. Van helped me from the very beginning when buying was just a thought to the very end at closing and more. She gave very professional advice with great insight of the market. Van was super responsive and knowledgeable, and she would answer all my questions even late into the night. She is very responsive to house viewings and does intensive research on each house and value. Van helped me get a competitive home in a very competitive time and market.
