We highly recommend Nat. He's a lifelong local and passionate about his community. He knows all the main areas and nuances to the smaller or more rural areas around. We ended up building and he was patient and supportive throughout. We found his Youtube channel and we can attest he's the same pleasant and informative person in person. He has all the resources you need to truly learn the low country before you make your buying decision.

If you need a good realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Nat. He has a YouTube channel that is super informative (that's how we found him.) I contacted him in the fall of 2020 about our real estate situation where we were previously located and our desire to relocate to the Charleston area. He returned my call with 30 mins of me leaving my initial message; he gave us solid advice on how to navigate our situation and stayed in touch with us as we sorted things on the selling end; and he helped us get a basic education on the Charleston area and what would suit our checklist. We traveled down the weekend after Thanksgiving with a short list of properties we were interested in and Nat arranged for us to tour them all that Saturday. Our top contender received an all cash offer AS we were touring it. Nat helped us craft an offer to the seller that was within our budget but that also beat out the other offer in less than 24 hours. I couldn't believe it. We went home to wrap up selling our own home and Nat coordinated all the details of the Charleston transaction in our absence, including home inspector and closing attorney. All the professionals he hired on our behalf were exceptional and easy to work with as well. Nat even smoothed things over when we hit a three week snag in selling our current home that jeopardized our purchase in SC. We closed our SC transaction less than five weeks after starting our search and we were able to ring in the New Year in our beautiful new home. Nat is a truly knowledgeable and adept real estate agent who knows the market and how to navigate it. He is also a really nice guy who puts you at ease and is easy to work with. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing or selling in the Charleston area who wants to be represented by a capable and caring professional.

Our experience with Nat was excellent from start to finish. He helped us to understand the the Charleston area, the housing market here, and what our best strategy was for finding our new home. Nat was very flexible and accommodating to our schedules, actively in communication throughout the home buying process, and always accessible for questions . When it was time to make an offer, Nat provided key guidance that helped us to navigate the process and have our offer be accepted. Even after the sale, Nat followed up with us and continued to be helpful and responsive. We were very happy working with Nat, and I am confident recommending him to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Nat was extremely knowledgable about the ins and outs of selling our home from start to finish. He made the process as simple and painless as possible. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with!
