Stephanie was amazing! Going above and beyond. For example, on the day of closing, the sellers attorney screwed up. No paperwork done. So she wrangler the attornies to work it out, and she personally went to the order attorneys office, got them moving, and she had carried some documents back etc. Absolutely amazing person!

Straight to the point no nonsense. Find a house, see the house, buy the house. Didn't try to gloss over details or hide issues to push the sale, it was the opposite. There were a few houses I was steered away from once it became apparent it wouldn't fit my needs. Wonderful to work with and super accommodating on showing schedules.

Simply put, Blaze was just all around amazing. This was our first home purchase as newly weds and she was so helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, and was available to answer all of our questions and broke things down into a way that we were able to understand. We worked with Blaze for about 4 months on 2 different properties and she was so patient with us while being so kind and professional. She made sure that we not only got our dream house, but that we got the most bang for our buck! Highly recommend!!!!

Natalie could possibly be the best Realtor in Charleston. She is absolutely attentive to every detail in the home buying process. She was very patient with me. As a recent transplant to the Charleston area, she was so helpful in showing me the various neighborhoods and the advantages of each area. In addition, she lined me up with a tremendous mortgage broker and lawyer to complete the transaction. After I bought the home, she continued to follow up with me to make sure the nuances of the initial setup was complete. Alexis did an exceptional job and was highly accommodating to our situation. Since I was living in California, she conducted virtual home tours and provided extensive information about our current home. She communicated effectively across different time zones and consistently aligned with my schedule. Even at 2–3 AM EST, she often responded within one to two hours. I truly appreciated working with Alexis and would highly recommend her.
