Ashley and her team were excellent. They quickly responded to any questions that we had, demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the Daniel Island market, recommended appropriate pricing and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked well with the Buyers' agent and our attorney to keep the transaction on track. They proactively anticipated and addressed any issue that arose. We needed one minor repair and they recommended and then scheduled a handyman to make the repair the next day. Ashley and her team are the best real estate agents that we have ever used - very professional.
