Brian Beatty became licensed in 2006 after the successful sale of a real estate-based online marketing company created in college. By 2009, and at the young age of 24, Brian had propelled himself to the top 1% of Agents in Charleston, SC and has remained there ever since. In 2011, he was the #1 Agent in the Southeast US for transactions and sales volume. He then created The Brian Beatty Team, which has grown to become one of the most successful real estate teams in South Carolina. Brian has also hosted The Brian Beatty Real Estate Show since 2013 on 1250AM Saturdays at 9am and Sundays at 10am, which provides listeners with insight into the local, regional, and national real estate market in an effort to create a more informed public about the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
