Brian Beatty became licensed in 2006 after the successful sale of a real estate-based online marketing company created in college. Brian and Lynda did an outstanding job for my family with a challenging estate sale. Invariably, he and his team handled the day-to-day logistics of contractors and inspectors with a "we've got this" attitude. They have broad experience, a deep bench to pull from, and client service quality that is warm, thorough, and genuine. I will definitely use them as seller's agents again.

I've been listening to Brian Beatty for years on WTMA, so I was very familiar with his real estate knowledge and track record. When it came time to sell my house and buy another one, I knew there was only one realtor I was going to trust with these transactions -- and that was Brian Beatty. Brian and his team were first rate, helping the deals go smoothly and making sure we got the most money possible for our old home. If you're looking for a real estate professional that knows their stuff, you should interview Brian Beatty. We definitely would use him again!

Amy is AMAZING! Period. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Charleston area market. Responsiveness? Definitely. She is very attentive. I never felt ignored. She is honest and kind. I live out of town and was buying a weekend condo. She got to know me and my husband...our likes and dislikes. I bought my condo (which is perfect!) sight unseen, because I trusted her so much. I HIGHLY recommend Amy.
