Brian Beatty became licensed in 2006 after the successful sale of a real estate-based online marketing company created in college. By 2009, and at the young age of 24, Brian had propelled himself to the top 1% of Agents in Charleston, SC and has remained there ever since. Today, we sold our home with Brian as our agent and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Brian and Lynda were outstanding to work with from start to finish. They responded to all of my questions promptly and professionally. Brought Brian in 4 months before putting on market. He made recommendations for repairs and gave us names of contractors. Once on the market we had 8 visits in 4 days. Good communication and answered our questions. Smooth all the way to closing all the while dealing with a tenacious buyers agent. Great staff support who were always there.

Brian and Lynda did an outstanding job for my family with a challenging estate sale. Invariably, he and his team handled the day-to-day logistics of contractors and inspectors with a "we've got this" attitude. They have broad experience, a deep bench to pull from, and client service quality that is warm, thorough, and genuine. I will definitely use them as seller's agents again.

I've been listening to Brian Beatty for years on WTMA, so I was very familiar with his real estate knowledge and track record. When it came time to sell my house and buy another one, I knew there was only one realtor I was going to trust with these transactions -- and that was Brian Beatty. Brian and his team were first rate, helping the deals go smoothly and making sure we got the most money possible for our old home. If you're looking for a real estate professional that knows their stuff, you should interview Brian Beatty. We definitely would use him again!
