Moksha was very easy to work with. She started by asking what our goals were and timelines. She sent over several listings and setup showings. After the showing she would follow up with questions for the selling agent/owner. Moksha was a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend to others to use as an agent.

Moksha went above and beyond for one of the most complicated transactions possible. It was such a small paycheck relative to other opportunities she had but she treated us as if we were her most important client. I would recommend her to anyone who wants the best representation on the island. 10/10!!

Moksha and her team are absolutely the BEST! They are personable, prompt and qualified. I purchased my home on Kauai in February and Moksha is still, touching base with me, making sure all is well and that I have settled in comfortably. Of course you may choose whomever you wish from the many Real Estate agents on Kauai and throughout the islands; putting it simply, if you want to work with the BEST all around knowledgeable, caring and professional team, go with Moksha.

Moksha and her team did an amazing job getting us the property in record time at an amazing price! The attention to detail was unparalleled. The swiftness with which she gathered the facts on the seller and their motivation to sell got us huge equity in the property as soon as we signed the property papers. Moksha's team along with the external consultants were available whenever we needed them and were on point - taking the property from escrow to closing in 7 days! Go Team Moksha!!
