I purchased my home on Kauai in February and Moksha is still, touching base with me, making sure all is well and that I have settled in comfortably. Moksha and her team did an amazing job getting us the property in record time at an amazing price! The attention to detail was unparalleled. The swiftness with which she gathered the facts on the seller and their motivation to sell got us huge equity in the property as soon as we signed the property papers. Moksha's team along with the external consultants were available whenever we needed them and were on point - taking the property from escrow to closing in 7 days! Go Team Moksha!!

Moksha did an outstanding job in helping us with the sale of our home. She knows her craft and we felt that we were in very good hands. She is very knowledgable about the area, what works and doesn't work and a skilled negotiator. She worked hard for our specific needs which got challenging at times. Easily the best buying AND selling agent I have EVER worked with. She and her team did an amazing and thorough job on providing us with how the local Kauai RE process worked. We've worked with the team on three houses now, two purchases and one sale. Moksha herself is a real delight. A hard worker that never disappoints in providing us with answers to any question we had. Very knowledgable and did a great job of educating us in a market that we had zero experience with.
