I’ve known Tom for many years as a personal friend, so when my partner and I were finally ready to buy our first home, it felt incredibly reassuring to have someone I already trusted guiding us through the process. I have always known that Tom was thoughtful, ethical, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. What surprised me was how often other real estate agents mentioned how respected Tom is in the industry. More than once, we heard unsolicited comments about his integrity and professionalism, which definitely helped during negotiations and made us even more grateful to have him on our side. Throughout the entire process, Tom was always a great listener. He never tried to steer us toward any particular direction, but always offered honest, practical advice and shared his experience. He also reminded us (many times) not to settle just because the house-hunting process can be exhausting- advice I’m very thankful for now. We looked at a lot of houses, and I sometimes felt guilty asking Tom to meet us at yet another showing. But he was endlessly patient and always encouraged us to keep looking so we could be confident in our choice. We’ve been in our home for a little over a year now, and I’m still so happy with where we landed. Tom’s patience, kindness, and confidence made the entire experience feel manageable. I truly can’t imagine a better realtor and would recommend him without hesitation every time.

This was our first home, and we could not have been happier. The market in Hawaii is tough, and interest rates don't help. Tom had us meet with a few loan officers to ensure we found someone who not only understands our finances but also knows the best programs for our situation. Tom's knowledge of every neighborhood we looked at was spot on with the vision we had. Thank you, TOM!!!

Tom is great to work with. He knows the market very well. Honolulu is a complex market with lots of options for different areas and different buildings. There is a lot to know and learn about each area and building. Tom has a great understanding of all of this and will save you lots of time cutting through all of this information. He is also very detailed in his approach to having everything lined up for a successful and speedy closing. (from condo docs to sellers disclosures) This is so important!!
