Tom was awesome to work with. We have worked with a few real estate agents over the years and Tom is truly one of the best. He knows his market. He knows how to navigate the area to make viewings and research easy. He is very thorough, hard working and very aware of dates, details and deadlines and helpful all the way through the process. We were buying from out of town and Tom made several trips to the property to check on things, share video updates and even got out his tools to fix a small problem that potentially saved a negotiation point. We were very happy with the advice we received from Tom and would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Working with Tom Presler was an exceptional experience. He came highly recommended by a longtime friend who did not steer me wrong! Tom is a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in a way that made it so easy to understand. Living in CA, selling a condo in Hawaii, was not going to be a cake walk. But that was my thought before contacting Tom. Tom handled my Hawaii realty transaction with such expertise, knowledge, & diligence! It was easier than buying a car! Tom was always available to answer my questions & to guide me. He was able to facilitate all things that involved this transaction from recommendations for moving companies to the final doc signing. Though my experience in selling the condo is bittersweet, things change in life. But thanks to Tom, this chapter of my life was most pleasant. Thru the many years we’ve bought and sold homes with Tom being our Realtor; he’s always very thorough, reliable and proactive. Most recently, Tom came thru again for us with the sell of our luxury home. We were off island majority of the time and he took care of our home as if it was his own. When we received multiple offers, he meticulously provided the pros and cons for each contract. He didn’t stop there, as he gave us a summary sheet to easily compare all the numbers and with that we were able to decide what offer worked best for us. Whether it’s a condo or home he’s sold for us, Tom reaches out to the best stagers, photographers, and/or videographers to highlight our homes. He has showcased our homes on local news channels to high end publications. Most importantly is his expertise in negotiation and precise terminology with writing up contracts to help us get top dollar for our homes as well as the best price for purchasing homes. Tom’s exemplary customer service and being able to trust him is why we keep going back all these years.
