Tom was awesome to work with. We have worked with a few real estate agents over the years and Tom is truly one of the best. He knows his market. He knows how to navigate the area to make viewings and research easy. He is very thorough, hard working and very aware of dates, details and deadlines and helpful all the way through the process. We were buying from out of town and Tom made several trips to the property to check on things, share video updates and even got out his tools to fix a small problem that potentially saved a negotiation point. We were very happy with the advice we received from Tom and would definitely recommend him and use him again.
