I just want to give a huge thank you to Christina and Dale for making our home buying experience such a great one! From day one, they really listened to what we wanted, they were so patient, (never made us feel rushed over the course of more than a year), and were always honest and encouraging throughout the whole process. Having spent their lives growing up on the island, Christina and Dale have a unique expertise and ability to explain the positives and potential pitfalls of different properties depending on when and where they were built, who they were built by, and the stories that come with the unique personalities of all the different neighborhoods on Oahu. We learned a lot about the Island from them. As they saw us needing time to absorb all the unique personalities and different traits that the all the different neighborhoods on the island provide, they always made us feel like we should never feel pressured to pull the trigger until we found exactly what we were looking for. They went above and beyond to provide us with suggestions of homes that fit what we were looking for and kept us updated every step of the way. We always felt like they truly cared about helping us find the right place even when we had thoughts about a changing direction to possibly looking at places with an additional dwelling to rent out. If anyone’s looking for realtors who genuinely care and makes the process smooth and personal, and who are well known (and very well respected by their peers), we can’t recommend Christina and Dale enough. We were very lucky to have them on our side.

Christina was amazing! Although officially named as the team leader and "negotiator," she worked seamlessly with her colleagues to ensure I had full support - even coming to several showings and my home inspection. Her understanding of the overall real estate process in Hawaii was impressive and she, with fellow realtor Jessica Hoyt, prepared formal documents quickly and exactly in line with my needs. No question (or repeated question) was too much and Christina ensured the whole process was as easy as possible. She and Jessica both also helped me adjust to life in Hawaii generally - providing explanations of the specific culture and constant referrals and information.

If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond, look no further than Christina. Her professionalism and dedication are second to none. From our first meeting, she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to truly understand my needs and priorities. The entire process, from touring homes to closing, was seamless thanks to her expert guidance. She was always available to answer my questions and was proactive in communicating every step of the way. What truly sets Christina apart is her attention to detail and her genuine care for her clients. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

There are a lot of realtors out there, but none—and I mean none—like Christina. I genuinely don’t think anyone else could’ve pulled off what she did with my transaction. She brought in plumbers, lawyers, fellow agents, possibly a priest or two—whatever (or whoever) it took. Through every twist, she was unshakably in my corner, armed with resourcefulness, humor, grace, and a work ethic that would shame most! She doesn’t just solve problems—she eliminates them with style. I can’t recommend her highly enough. In fact, I’m convinced she may be the best business professional I’ve ever worked with!

As a community member and business owner, when I think about the process of working alongside Christina and her team, three words comes to mind, (1) professionalism, (2) excellence, and (3) genuine. As a team leader, Christina’s heart and experience definitely sets her apart. Her team puts clients first again and again as they are experienced, TOP negotiators, responsive, and supportive throughout each Realestate transaction. Clients knew that Christina and her team have their best interest in mind; while, their local roots and knowledge of the various areas / communities is unparalleled.
