Joe and Rolando helped me purchase a home while I was stationed in Georgia. We did a zoom interview so Joe could learn what I valued and wanted in a home and location. We then picked several properties and he face timed me while he went through each one. The inspection was performed in the same manner. Rolando sent me updated calendars frequently so I always knew exactly where we were in the closing timeline. We had several hiccups because of the seller and their agent but somehow, Joe and Rolando were able to smooth those out so that it didn't even affect me, all while I was studying for boards, packing to move half way around the world, and getting my own home ready for selling. I could not recommend the O Team more, they went to extreme lengths to ensure I got a condo that I've absolutely fallen in love with in the most perfect of locations. The vibes with this team are on point and I am so happy I got to work with them!

The O Team is one of the VERY BEST in Honolulu We do not write reviews but The O Team and you deserve to see this one!!! We have been looking and working with 2 other agents on Oahu for over 1 ½ years, but it wasn’t until we found The O Team that we were able to find our property. The O team DOES NOT disappoint when it comes to service. Living in California, the O team was definitely available on our timeline and Joe was great showing the properties via facetime for us. Joe has a great understanding of the market and is not just looking to sell properties. He is going to help you get the best value for your money. The entire team went beyond our expectations from finding properties within our criteria, online showings, creating a weekly checklist while in escrow and our final walkthrough. The O Team was absolutely exceptional in all facets of the process and treated you like OHANA. The O Team even gives back to the community in Hawaii as well as its clients and friends which is truly exceptional.
