We had the pleasure of working with Cathy on 2 separate selling transactions, one in the past and another recently. They were our homes on the island. Both times, Cathy did a wonderful job from beginning to end and was constantly in communication with us throughout the entire duration. Her response rate is always timely, regardless of how busy she is and her availability when an issue arises or questions need answers is most appreciated. She is professional with great work ethics and has the ability to think outside of the box. Her teamwork attitude with her clients is impressive, coming together to reach a common goal. Cathy was not only a fantastic RE Agent, but became a trusted friend.

We used Cathy as our agent to complete a move from the mainland. She was incredible. From showing us multiple properties to answering countless questions via text and email she was integral to this move being as successful as it was. Cathy remained committed to helping with some issues that arose with our mainland lender and went above and beyond on multiple occasions with our walk through, pointing out concerns and making sure every issue or possible issue was addressed. I would highly recommend her to anyone either looking to buy or sell property.

Cathy did an absolutely phenomenal job helping me sell my home. I was in the process of transitioning out of the military and needed to sell quickly, which was a stressful situation. From the moment we started working together, she took the time to understand my needs and circumstances. She made the entire process seamless, guiding me every step of the way and helped me sell my home, FAST. I’m beyond grateful for her hard work and support during such a big life change.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had an excellent experience working with Cathy to find the property that suited me at a great deal. With Cathy having been born and raised in Hawai'i, it's no surprise that she is very knowledgeable about all of the different neighborhoods and what suits each buyer. Her 20+ years of experience working with the VA loan, negotiating good deals, and clearly explaining each step of the process make her a standout professional in my eyes. Cathy Possedi, was referred to me and I am vary grateful for that event! She is professional, knowledgeable, detailed and kind! I would highly recommend her for estate needs. She knows the market and was there the for the whole process guiding us on the sale of our home of 21 years. Having a home that long is emotional and Cathy was amazing at understand our emotions along with it was a business experience. Those two items need to be negotiated when one sells a home.
