Mirvate is a true real estate expert. Her knowledge of the process, timing and contract requirements are truly exemplary. She helped our family stage and put up for sale with an incredible photographer. She understood our goals for a same day close once we found our new home which helped us save money and time. Because of her we maximized our home selling value and minimized time on the market while expediting the contract process. Highly recommend!!

Mirvate is very professional and she is awesome to work with. She is very through, detail oriented, and had answers to all our questions. She is always one step ahead of the game. She goes the extra mile to ensure the deal is done and to your complete satisfaction. I have done many deals through her both selling and buying and I have had only pleasant experience. We have been working with Mirvate for 3 years, over that time we completed thirteen transactions and we are in the process of wrapping up fourteen and fifteen. As an investor we can honestly say that Mirvate is by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She has represented us on sells, acquisitions, foreclosures, short sales, single family, multi-unit, condo. We know that we can depend on Mirvate to provide service second to none. As an out of state investor it is important that work with someone of high integrity and a sound work ethic as we require someone who can handle a transaction start to finish without a lot of direction from us. Finally I am not sure how she does it, but Mirvate typically has a solid offer for us in less than a week. This is the aspect that we appreciate the most!

Mirvate made this experience simple, effective and efficient. While looking for the right property, we visited 12+ homes in 1-1/2 days and she kept the search with my parameters in mind. I was kept involved and informed throughout the process in a most professional manner. She guided me through the process in a manner where I understood everything that was happening and why.
