I am highly impressed with the Expert care that was provided to me by Michael. He listened to my needs as a client and attended to each one of them. I was out of State and for the most part every part of the process had to be done electronically and by phone. Michael explained and walked me through each step. My house was SOLD within 48hrs!! :) Best Realtor ever! Thank you Michael for your skilled expertise. You are the best!

Mike was always available for any showing we requested on our purchase. He checked the comps usually before and was ready with a suggested offer. On the selling side he knows everyone you need to get your house setup and has good suggestions as far as value to sell. He's a good communicator, has realistic expectations for what a property is worth, and he knows the Johnson County area extremely well.

Michael Russell is an excellent real estate agent. He will go the extra mild for you. I found him to always be available for questions and concerns. It especially made me happy to see how skillfully and persistently he negotiated with the family that wanted my home, their realtors and my mortgage company to complete the short sale process. He is truly "A Home Preservation Agent" in every aspect of the phrase. It is with great pleasure and confidence that I recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Michael Russell. I was fortunate to have found him in a hurry when listing a home in dealing with an employment transfer out of state. I listened to his suggestions and my property had an offer above my expectations within 48 hours. In keeping my promise of ever returning to the KC Market, I sought out Michael again. He couldn't have made the process any less stressful than he did. Both myself and my soon-to-be wife couldn't have asked for a better partner in our find. He is a pleasure to work with and never hesitated to work in any showings. Highly recommend you let him do the same for you!!

We have used Mike Russell to buy and sell houses. We have been extremely pleased with Michael's professionalism. He goes well beyond previous realtors we have worked with. He not only shows us homes quickly when new listings come on but on several occasions sent us notice of new listings we had not yet seen on MLS. In fact the last flip home we bought was because he sent us info on it. He is a great negotiator both on the selling end and the buying end. We wouldn't use anyone else!
