Knows her stuff! Confident, trusting and direct. Tells it like it is. The compilation of material to have available to prospective buyers was excellent. Alison's advise on presenting the house was spot on. She was always available via phone or email, even while on vacation in New York! Her son was very helpful and filled in well for her in her absence. She sold a house in our neighborhood just prior to ours. I'd recommend her to anyone, anytime.

I spoke with Alison Sunday morning about seeing one of her listings that day. She said she would try to do 3:30-4pm, and give me a call to let me know if that would work, as she had clients before that time. After looking at other homes in the area, I called her a few times between 2:30 and 3:30 to see if it was going to work out. No response. At 3:45 I finally gave up and headed home. At 4:00 pm I got a TEXT, not a phone call, that she couldn't show me the house. No phone call at all. She did not ask to reschedule or offer to have someone else show me the house. I found this very unprofessional and rude. Common courtesy would have been to notify me prior to 3:30 to let me know it wasn't going to work out. I understand that meetings run long. What upsets me is wasting my time waiting for a call and getting a text after the window had already closed.
