Catherine was an amazing partner in helping us find, evaluate and purchase our home in Hilton Head. She was meticulous in preparing us when looking at properties, considering pros and cons of different neighborhoods, HOAs, amenities, and the local scene. We would never have been able to do this without her. She was also incredibly accommodating to our schedule since we’re not from the area and only had limited availability. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

My wife and I met Mike completely by chance while on vacation in Hilton Head, hoping to see a few homes in gated neighborhoods around the area. One phone call to Mike changed everything and we are truly grateful it did! From that moment forward, Mike became an incredible partner in our home-buying journey. Catherine did an outstanding job helping us to find our home. She traveled many times to do walk thrus on our behalf as we don't live in the area. She is so thorough, organized, professional, and genuinely kind! She guided us in our journey to find all of our desires while staying within our budget. She listened to all our feedback and honed in on exactly what we wanted. Closing was seamless, she gave us all the necessary actions to take post closing, gave terrific referrals she really set us up to success! I would highly recommend Catherine she is top notch!!
