Mike Hosey is the epitome of personal touch real estate broker. We happened upon Mike through Zilllow when inquiring on a listing in Bluffton SC. We are SO glad that Mike was the person to answer. Embarking on buying your first home, and in 2025 market, was scary but Mike walked us through every step with education and care. He definitely went above and beyond during every step from beginning to close and after. He is still an excellent recourse to us today. Catherine was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in the houses in the area. Getting ahold of her was a breeze and so was the whole process of buying our new home!!

Catherine was amazing .., she’s very knowledgeable, she was on the ball when I would ask her to her see homes. She kept me in the loop when we found the home we wanted, she was so helpful because this was our first time buying a home and she made the process easy & we felt very comfortable with her and would highly recommend Catherine to anyone selling or buying or buying home and we will use her again if we decide to sell or purchase. I already miss her she was like friend& family through the couple of months we dealt with her! We will miss her but we are so happy she helped us find our happy place!
