Mike Hosey with Trade & Tryon Realty made my wife and I feel like we were his ONLY clients. Showed us houses until we found our forever home... probably 15! He has a unrelenting positive attitude and I have recommended him to several of my close friends! On closing, I was only available to talk at 5am and he made it work. Great guy, can't say enough good things about him!

Five stars are not enough! I cannot say enough good things about Mike Hosey and Trade & Tryon Realty. He is very gifted at what he does in helping people and families with their hopes and dreams. He enters your story and adds to it in so many ways, especially when it comes to your real estate hopes and dreams. He cares deeply about you, your story, and how both come together. He is extremely discerning to get you where you need to be in the way of your home and relocation needs. It was such a blessing to watch him care and tend to our needs and I know without a doubt he will do the same for you! I recommend him and his company with the highest regards.

Very tough market during the last couple of years, but Mike was very patient, responsive and always available. He provided valuable guidance and expertise during the entire process. He was never pushy and extremely helpful even after the buying process was complete.

From the very first interaction Mike Hosey was professional, informative and transparent. He was suggested from the site as a premier agent so we decided to give it a try and scheduled a viewing. That was the best decision we made throughout the entire process. Everything went smooth, timely and in the order that he explained it would. There were no surprises or hang-ups. He gave us steps on what to expect next, provided solid contacts of professional in his network to help complete the process, and everything was done with ease in literally 18 days. Not only was this a stress-free process but we learned a lot and gained a friend. He helped us get into our dream home and we are forever grateful. Recommend 10 out of 10 would definitely do it again.
