He was very knowledgeable about the local market and arranged effective advertising. He handled all the showings to potential renters and kept us informed along the way. Mike was also excellent at reviewing all applications thoroughly and advising us about each one. Finally, he provided good follow up and made sure everything went well after the contract was signed and the new renters took occupancy.
