After having ended a contract with a different realtor, I decided to hire Michelle, and I am so glad I did! Michelle put forth genuine effort to sell my home. She was clearly knowledgeable about the market and helped me price the home accordingly. In addition, I found Michelle to be very honest and reliable. When she said she was going to do something, it was done the same day. Michelle communicated with me all the time throughout the selling process. Knowing I was out of state, Michelle would stop by and check on the home. At one time, Michelle was in the house and thought there might have been a leak. It was very unsettling being informed of this while being out of state; however, Michelle was on it and left no time to waste. She was able to talk to the HOA to get a roofer to come out and had her own contacts come to check it out as well. She kept me apprised of everything in a timely manner. Michelle's strong work ethic, honesty and integrity is truly refreshing. If you are buying or selling a home, hire Michelle. You will be glad you did!

We didn't use Whitney as our realtor but she was a wealth of information and an amazing resources for us. Was also a phone call away, may not have answered right away but would always call back!! She understood the processes in and outs, was able to answer your question from the buying process, to the title company process, as well as some of the other in and outs we hadn't thought about.
