Melissa is proactive and  kept my wife and I updated daily with all leads and contacts pertaining to selling our condo. She has a keen sense of  geographical  areas which is a plus. She truly is a very pleasant person, accommodating and  answering any questions or concerns we may have had.  She kept us informed and focused during the entire process.
