Mayra was an amazing support for me during this extremely stressful situation. Selling a home is a stressful process, but Mayra made it as simple and easy as possible. She was extremely responsive and supportive, she was patient throughout the whole process. She also knew exactly how to navigate all negotiations! I really felt like she had my back, and because of that we sold my home in record time! I would choose to work with Mayra again in the future and highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Ruben did an amazing job with selling our house. He helped us with anything that we needed and responded quickly. Very nice guy totally recommend him if you need to sell your house.

Let me start out by saying, I don’t normally leave reviews! And let’s be honest, normally we only do when we aren’t satisfied with the service we received. HOWEVER, I felt it was super important to acknowledge the 5 STAR service that me and my husband received from Mayra and her team! If you’re looking for a professional realtor to handle ALL your needs, then look no further! Buying a house can be a daunting task but Mayra keeps you on target with current tasks and prepares you for what’s to come so you feel prepared. She answers all your questions no matter how big or small. Whether it’s your first house or your third, Mayra will make that process seem effortless! She is very knowledgeable about VA loans and really knows how to get you the biggest bang for your buck!

I tried to go the non traditional route and sell my house with an all cash buyer since I thought it would be faster and more convenient but I was definitely wrong! Ruben was informative and communicated with me every step of the way and I received almost double the funds from selling then what was originally offered for my house. I will definitely choose him as my realtor again in the future. (:

My wife and I are very happy and grateful to The Rivera Group because they helped us make our biggest dream come true, which was to have our first home. Before making the decision to start, we were nervous because many people told us that it was a very stressful process, but it wasn't for us, since Mayra and Ruben made us feel confident and excited from the first day we met with them until completion day.
