Maureen and her team did an outstanding job of helping us market and sell our family home. They told us what we needed to do to make sure our house presented well. They gave us different strategies for maximizing the eventual sale price in the least amount of time. They explained the characteristics of the current market, the buyer landscape, and coached us through analyzing offers and making counter offers. They also gave us a myriad of advice to ensure that we had a smooth closing in the shortest amount of time possible. From listing to closing it took less than 90 days because of the advice we received and, more importantly, followed during the process. We are very happy and would recommend Maureen and her team highly.
