Bridget is a wonderful agent, I'm sure she's an asset to the team and anyone would benefit from working with her to purchase property. While looking for a co-op in Queens Bridget was very patient , highly knowledgeable on the market, worked well with other agents, and provided key insight without ever pressuring us. We trusted her input and experience and are happy with our purchase. I'd recommend her for anyone looking to purchase and most definitely will be using her services in the future.

I first met Maureen at one of her sellers' seminars. I learned a few facts about selling and other important information. Maureen was very open and honest with the audience. She has an air of confidence in what she does, sell houses. I found her personable and knowledgably on various subjects. I decided to go with Maureen when we were ready to sell because I knew she was going to give me the best outcome in what I wanted from the sale. When we met to discuss my situation, she listened and focused on what she could do for me. She was very informative on the housing market, buyers , sellers, and banking. Now we are ready for the action to begin. Maureen and her dream team were ready, willing, and able to do it all. Everything happened so quickly and swiftly. I was so impressed and happy. They communicated with me very frequently on what the next steps will be and letting me know very explicitly what I need to do or what to expect. They handled everything from A to Z with professionalism. Maureen and her dream team went above and beyond their duties and responsibilities to me, especially Natalia.
