Second transaction with Sold By Bart, with Bart. Couldn’t be more happier with our experience as always! I’ve dealt with so many realtors in NYC but no one is as professional and straightforward as Bart. His communication skills are excellent unlike other realtors that don’t even bother assisting clients and have an unpleasant attitude. He would always reply to me even if I texted a bit late. He’s extremely professional and kind. He keeps it very simple and doesn’t make it a hassle to be approved for a listing. He’s very quick and doesn’t waste clients time. He’s a 10/10 and I recommend him to every client looking to either buy, rent or sell! I’ve had an amazing experience with Bart and I can easily say that he’s one of the top realtors I’ve worked with in NYC! I will continue to work with his firm! Bart was great from the first minute we met. First he patiently let us explained to him what we expect from the sell of the house and then he advised us what is the best way to go for a successful sale. He is highly professional, kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and his partners to anybody that is ready to buy or sell a home.
