Gloria is very punctual, professional, kind, patient, and personable. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and doubts about my decisions and Gloria helped so much in that process with helpful informations and was incredibly patient and understanding. Working with Charles and Amy Chang was amazing. They were so wonderful during the entire process. Since we didn't live in the state, they were able to assist with a few tasks that we were not able to which was so unbelievably helpful and kind. This made the entire process so much less stressful. We got above asking cash offers immediately. I highly recommend this wonderful team!

Amy and Charlie did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. Their expertise was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. Amy, Charlie and Gloria were involved in all aspects of the sale and closing of our home. Amy was particularly friendly and responsive to all of our questions and regularly checked in with us. Charlie and Amy helped me sell my home. They were extremely professional and very nice. They knew what I was looking for and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant. Charlie is also very creative. I would recommend this team to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home in Queens and the surrounding area. Charlie and Amy Chang were fantastic from start to finish. We closed in a timely fashion AND got our full asking price. Each Open House was well-attended and well-run. The Chang Team recommended an asking price that helped the house sell quickly AND profitably. Charlie and Amy always kept us apprised of everything and were highly responsive and proactive. I highly recommend them and would gladly use them again.
