Deirdre went above and beyond in helping us to sell my parents’ house. We live out of state and she was extremely helpful with various small issues, thus saving us an inconvenient trip back to NY on at least two occasions. Simply Terrific, she is relentless in showcasing your property and bringing you the deal your looking for. Excellent communicator and extremely pleasant professional. One of the first things Deirdre Folan told me was she would find me the perfect buyer for my family home. Throughout the whole process, she was reassuring and encouraging. She could always cut through the noise, answer questions, and not pressure me. While it was hard not to worry about this or that, Deirdre was always reassuring that everything would work out. Her team was also top notch and responsive. Her assistant kept me up-to-date on showings. On closing day, I met the buyers and just as she had said, they were the perfect family. I couldn’t be happier with how things went with Deirdre. I highly recommend her and her team. They are experts at what they do and are so knowledgeable about the market. And just kind and patient as well.
