Simply Terrific, she is relentless in showcasing your property and bringing you the deal your looking for. Excellent communicator and extremely pleasant professional. Deirdre helped my family thru trying times, she went above and beyond throughout. One of the first things Deirdre Folan told me was she would find me the perfect buyer for my family home. Throughout the whole process, she was reassuring and encouraging. She could always cut through the noise, answer questions, and not pressure me. While it was hard not to worry about this or that, Deirdre was always reassuring that everything would work out. Her team was also top notch and responsive. Her assistant kept me up-to-date on showings. On closing day, I met the buyers and just as she had said, they were the perfect family. I couldn’t be happier with how things went with Deirdre. I highly recommend her and her team. They are experts at what they do and are so knowledgeable about the market. And just kind and patient as well.

Dylan was amazing! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable in the first time home buying process. I am so happy we found him! Buying a co-op is a long grueling process and Dylan was always there to answer my calls and keep me positive during the process.

Dylan came into our sale through a prior agent I was happy with in a past home sale. Just as happy with him! Great communication skills and he did everything as promised. Home was sold in projected time and the sale went smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
