What a great experience! The Queens Home Team made selling my uncle's home in Rego Park a breeze! I live in California, and the team did everything for us, from finding a junk removal company to being there while the house was cleaned out. I was very happy that I was able to sell long-distance without traveling. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Geraldine Giraldo was simply amazing and pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. Her vast knowledge of real estate helped her answer our many, many questions. We couldn't recommend her enough. Ana Lee Reyes, who supported Geraldine, was a valuable asset to our home buying process. She made sure we had all of the paper work we needed and kept us aware of all deadlines. Abigail, George and Ana were the "shining lights" in an otherwise long and arduous process. We found them a year before we actually put our home on the market. During that time, they stayed in touch keeping us apprised of the housing market offering their guidance all along the way. Once the house went on the market, we had numerous offers immediately due to their professionalism. In addition, their kindness, humanity and genuine caring kept our spirits up and got us to the finish line. In an industry where the bottom line is determined by how much money there is to be made, Abigail, George, Ana and their entire team put "people" first. We are so very appreciative of all their hard work. We have found our realtors for life and have recommended them to everyone we know.

Abigail, George, Ana and the rest of the team were with us every step of the way as we listed and successfully sold the home that was in our family for ~100 years! They were responsive to every need, provided expert & professional guidance when needed and managed to support us from beginning to end (in a process that took over 15 months to conclude). I rathe them 5 stars and I'd give more if I could!!!

I spoke with Karma months before I decided to sell my home. At the time I was looking at a condo but then decided to wait until my home sells. Karma was very informative and kept me informed with emails as to the real estate market. Because of how he kept me in mind, I decided to have him as my broker. At my first open house, I had 13 offers with $75K over asking. He kept me informed with the buyers and suggested a few tips. I could not be more pleased and luckier with how Karma handled this transaction.
