Imran was outstanding, so professional from day one. I was selling the property from out of town. He contacted me when he discovered that I needed to sell. He was persistent until I was ready. He was thorough from the first conversation. The process of selling a co-op is very complicated but he knew exactly what to do. He also had the contacts to help with the other services I needed (legal, repairs, etc.). He managed the whole process and kept me in the loop all the way to closing. In my past experiences buying and selling properties, I've not seen the care he took with this sale. I'm very grateful for his service.

Imran was absolutely THE BEST realtor I have ever had! So professional, warm, understanding and able to get great results! I have bought/sold many homes in my lifetime and by far, and let me say we ran into a lot of title issues, he handled everything with timely execution and put my worried mind at ease. Just wish I had another house to sell for him!!
