Matt was a professional all the way, my first time in this process, with my hundreds of questions and not really knowing what to do. His knowledge and willingness to help 24/7 was above and beyond . Thanks for getting me the condo of my dreams, I love it!

Matt provided expert knowledge and insight for my wife and I to make the best decisions regarding our home purchase. He also made sure the the home we bought was the right fit for both our current and future needs. Matt also provided contacts for contractors and others to assist with renovations we required.

HUMONGOUS DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Matt started off sharp, friendly and responsive, but TRULY turned into a nightmare the further along into the escrow process we got. It felt like once I signed on the dotted line his skills were lost. He earned his money and checked out. On calls he would confuse my escrow details with other listings. He saw red flags about the seller’s agent from the start, but did nothing to prevent delays from lack of communication and follow through on the seller's end. At first Matt highlighted all the things he would “try” to do for me throughout escrow. It seemed as though his industry experience would help guide me through a thought-out escrow. However, along the way I’d have to follow up with him, on doing any of those things. He’d assure me, he’d follow back up soon. ALWAYS bringing back disappointing results and lack of clarification. When I questioned anything he said; he’d always respond defensively and say “that’s how most escrows go.” Trying desperately to make me feel LUCKLY to be where I am. The reality is HE was lucky to have worked with me. Zillow just happen to connect us when I requested a tour of a home I was interested in. I was ready to buy something in the next 30 days. Matt dropped the ball repeatedly and blamed everyone, BUT himself. As an experienced Agent, if you saw that the seller’s agent wasn’t communicating properly or even well...wouldn’t you make extra sure to stay on top of deadlines and details to avoid delays?! No, instead; Matt just said it’s out of his control. “Not to worry. I’ll have to just perform my final walk-through AFTER I sign my escrow documents.” Who does that?! Even simple things, he couldn’t get done. He claims I’m getting a good deal. He claims there’s no room to negotiate. He claims the sliding glass door that’s installed backwards is just a fact of that building’s time period. “He sells lots of homes with this same problem.” He claims “the Inspector SHOULDN’T have pointed that out. To remember it’s a safe area and a private patio.” He couldn’t even get the seller to credit me a portion of a new slider or have the existing door properly installed. Just “use this cheap locking pin.” Matt continued to let me down over and over. Soooo disappointing. Even on one of our first showings we met an old client of his. He made a joke about “dropping the ball” on keeping in touch with her; as she was now selling the house Matt had sold her. He should’ve been the agent selling it now for her. Instead he could barely remember her name. My boyfriend even warned me about his poor gut feeling about Matt. He felt Matt didn’t really care genuinely about helping me buy a house. He felt Matt just saw my hungry attitude and large down payment. Sadly, in the end my boyfriend was right. Matt cared less. He got his secret $450 agent fee and commission, so his work was done. He’s on to the next, just like he was with that other seller he worked with and dropped the ball keeping in touch. WORST OF ALL, while onsite at my place of work to sign my escrow documents; Matt threw a hurt child-like temper tantrum. He raised his voice so aggressively in my office that as soon as he left the building after scolding me; my coworker came in “to make sure I was okay.“ She could hear him from her office and was concerned. I’ve never seen a so-called professional act SO UNPROFESSIONAL in a place of business. I was absolutely shocked. I knew at that point I just needed to remain calm and finish this escrow with Matt. I will NEVER use Matt again for my real estate needs. Nor will I EVER recommend Matt to anyone I like or even dislike, for that matter. Matt doesn’t deserve another client to let down. Don’t let his friendly personality fool you. Matt ONLY cares about himself.

We met Matt in September of 2019 when he showed us one of his property listings. He presented as honest and straightforward, and although we weren’t interested in the listing he showed us, we did ask if he would be willing to show us more properties in the area. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and showed us a number of properties. When we decided to make an offer on one of the properties, he served as our real estate agent. Matt was extremely attentive throughout the escrow process, connected us with a good lender, and went the extra mile to ensure that we received the best possible deal on the property. We highly recommend Matt, and would definitely utilize his services again should we be in need of a real estate agent in the future!
