If you are buying or selling a house in Ventura County, you want Christine Cardozo-Moore as your agent. I worked with Christine when buying and selling, and she exceeded my expectations both times. As a buyer, I was impressed by her in-depth knowledge about the neighborhoods in Ventura County which helped me find the perfect house. I bought in a competitive seller's market and Christine knew strategies of preparing a strong offer that would stand out. This year, I needed to move before putting my house on the market. I was comfortable leaving the sale of the house to Christine because I knew that she would keep me up to date and handle all matters, large and small, professionally and with my interests in mind-- and she did!

I worked with Christine over the course of 3 years - first, selling my condo which got top dollar at the time, and was an easy, seamless experience. Then she spent quite a bit of time guiding me through my home purchase in one of the most challenging buyers markets on record. Christine was super knowledgeable, highly responsive, worked hard to set up a lot of showings, and in the end, I was so grateful I had her in my corner. She gave me great advice, ensured I had a competitive offer and helped secure the perfect home for me at a GREAT deal (in a sellers market). She went above and beyond to negotiate on my behalf and her follow through was top notch. Even after we closed, she continued to ensure that agreements were kept by the sellers. I highly recommend using Christine for your next home sale or purchase.

Christine and her team are in a single word...awesome. We don't live in the area, and Christine was able to arrange for small repairs, an estate sale, escrow, and mobile notary help in a flash. She was very responsive during the entire transaction and never failed to keep me informed of where we were in the process and what needed to happen next. Her negotiation skills also saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in Southern Calfornia.

Christine goes above and beyond for her clients, completing tasks that she does not have to do but does so because she cares. I honestly see her as a friend after everything we've been through with trying to find a home in Ventura. She knows the area, the locals, and gets to know her clients' needs in order to identify the best property possible. Although Christine did not represent us as the seller of our original home, she often went out of her way to help our agent who needed guidance. She did not make any profit/commission and still did all that she could to help. I wish we would have had her as our selling agent as well! Her passion for her clients is evident by her work ethic and her flexibility with scheduling as well as random unplanned phone calls often required with the type of situation we were in selling and buying at the same time. We are so thankful and blessed to have been connected with Christine!

Christine did an excellent job helping us purchase our home. Her knowledge and expertise guided us as we searched for homes and navigated the tumultuous housing market. Though it was very stressful selling and buying at the same time, Christine was always patient, kind, and professional. Christine knows the Ventura county area very well. She was able to inform us about neighborhoods, schools, and amenities that was suitable for our family. After we closed, Christine continued to take care of us and checked on us to make sure we were adjusting well. We are blessed to have met Christine and thankful that she was our buying agent. Now, we are not only neighbors but friends. I've recommended her to my friends and family and I highly recommend her to anyone for their home buying/selling/etc. needs. Thank you Christine!
