We found Mandy through Zillow when we reached out about a home that didn’t have any open houses scheduled. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. She took the time to ask us what we liked and, based on our preferences, actively searched for homes that matched our vision. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty, but Mandy was consistently patient, supportive, and informative throughout the entire process. She truly made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. She even connected us with a fantastic loan officer who was just as helpful and efficient. We’re so grateful we found Mandy—she made our home-buying experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!

As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect from an agent. I was fortunate to meet Brandee at a showing of a condo I now call home. She was spectacular in every way: highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. She anticipated answers to questions I didn't even know I had. She was always available and every interaction with Brandee was enjoyable even though the process of buying a home is stressful. If you need a real estate agent, I highly recommend Brandee. She was amazing!

Absolutely perfect experience with Liz Donnelly and Mandy Martinez. Liz is, and will always be, my go to for a real estate purchase or sale.
