Thank you Ismael! You did a fantastic job. I highly recommend agent Lopez. Ismael sold my condo for me flawlessly. The condo was a rental property that wasn’t near where I reside. I was a little hesitant at first. But it was no problem for him. Ismael took care of everything. I mean everything! I never had to meet with him in person. He was able to do everything by phone and email. Ismael even helped me get more than the asking price! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great communication from start to end. Ismael had a professional photographer that took amazing photos of both the interior and exterior. He also had a professional cleaning service come out and do a spectacular job. The overall experience was a very convenient transaction. Don’t waste your time with a rookie realtor. Call Ismael. I will definitely use Ismael for any future transactions.
