Jose Luiz is absolutely incredible! His intelligence, business acumen and strategic thinking allowed us to sell and close on selling on a property that we could not do before with a previous agent and months on the market. Immediately upon accepting the listing Jose Luiz put together an incredible plan to stage, photograph and listing the property. He was able to get us the price that we wanted in no time! Yet when things went wrong because of a mistake that we made about the size of the ADU, Luiz immediately came up with a brilliant plan on how to resolve the issue.
