A Lifeline When We Needed It Most… I'm not one for writing reviews (honestly, who has the time?), but what Jose, Jamie, and Marisol did for our family deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. When Grandma's house burned down, we were absolutely crushed. Talk about being thrown into the deep end - we had no clue where to start, what to do, or who to turn to. The whole situation felt like a bad dream we couldn't wake up from. From day one, these three were just... different. They didn't treat us like another commission check. They actually gave a damn. Jose would call just to check in. Jamie remembered every little detail about what Grandma wanted in her new place. Marisol somehow made paperwork feel less soul-crushing (miracle worker, that one).
