I went to one of his apartments for rent and we agreed to meet up at 11am. I drove 30+ minutes and I arrived but I had difficulty finding the exact apartment. I called him and it rang twice then voicemail. I texted him telling him I’m here and to call me since I’m a little lost. It was a gated community so I wasn’t allowed in without him, and so I called him several more times and again, rang a couple times then voicemail. After 1 hr of being there I realized I was played and I left. Still no contact 24 hrs later. I’m very disappointed.

This was my second purchase with Matt in the last two years, I loved working with him it was super easy and he was on the ball for everything. He is also a staunch defender of his client's rights, Matt will stand up for you in any situation and make sure you are getting what you pay for. I met Matthew Long in September 2018 when I was starting my home search. I went through a lot of viewings and Matthew was extremely patient and diligent all throughout the process. When I finally found the right place we had all the paperwork in order and were able to submit a competitive bid - after a few back and forth with the seller we had a deal! Over the next few weeks I really got to see where Matthew shined, he helped me find a great rate on the mortgage and a trio of people to help the close process go very smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience.
