The best realtor in DFW! Matthew does so much more than anybody; we called him day and night (including Sundays at the crack of dawn) and he always makes time to answer your questions and find you what you are looking for! Matthew has expert industry knowledge and can advise on every part of the buying or selling process, helping you get a mortgage, get an electrician, get discounts, get utilities set up, get you spare keys etc. Matthew organized 18 house showings in one day for us when we could only come into town for a day and had the heavenly patience to see over 50 properties with us over the span of months. He walked us through a tricky bidding process and is friendly and approachable at all times. His insights and instincts are spot on and he found us the house we ended up choosing. Could not recommend him higher; my only concern is that the secret is now out and other people will take him!!

Matthew goes above and beyond in every step of the way! He breaks things down so that it isn’t overwhelming and fights so hard for his clients! His passion shines through and he is a realtor who literally will get his hands dirty with you! (We bought acreage). We are extremely blessed to have had him as our realtor!

Matthew is phenomenal! I would recommend him to anyone I know. Not only is he an expert in the field of real estate and design, but he is also such a joy to work with. He is attentive, responsive, and very kind. We had an amazing home buying experience that was easy, stress free, and fun because of working with Matthew. We hope to stay in our house for a long time, but know that whenever we do move we will want to work with Matthew again!
