Cindy was everything you could want in a relator. As a first time home buyer it was required that I had someone who was not only knowledgeable but someone I could honestly trust. Cindy had our back every step of the way regardless of the question or situation. I couldn’t recommend someone better to take care of you during your home journey!

Wow… What a wonderful partnership in working with the Dunnican team! They made everything so simple from a seller’s perspective. From the pictures taken of my home to the video to the 3-D tours and answering all of my questions what a simple process. They also listed my home on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon there were multiple offers so they did an outstanding job in getting the home viewed several thousand times on multiple sites. I could not be more pleased with the work they did in the sale of my home.

Working with Cindy and Cory Dunnican was an amazing experience that we will always remember. We worked specifically with Cory and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was extremely helpful and helped us learn so much along the way, while buying our first home. He made us feel like he was helping a family member, he checked in on us even after our purchase and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We were beyond lucky to have such a supportive group to help us. We will continue to recommend Cindy and Cory to anyone we know, buying a house can be stressful but they took a lot of that away and made us feel very lucky to have their support!

Cory and his team were amazing. I would highly recommend!! We were moving from Colorado and our realtor backed out on us two days before we were flying to Dallas to purchase our home. Cory was recommended to us by a friend in Plano. Cory picked us up from our hotel and showed us several great homes in several areas. We put a contract on a home that was just listed the day we saw it. There were multiple offers. We had to buy a house this weekend because we had to move, our Colorado home was sold and my husband was already working for his new Texas employer. Cory made it all happen long distance. AMAZING!

The Dunnican team is efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. They helped me sell and close on a new house within 4 weeks. Cindy has amazing connections and does not use smoke and mirrors. She is genuine and insightful. She does not fill the silence with compliments or distractions. She has legitimate insights is looking for your best interest. I relocated to another city and thought I was going to be sad without her help and expertise. Do you know what Cindy did? She interviewed real estate agents for me and helped me find someone that would be my advocate. Wow. Red carpet roll out. Thank you Cindy and team.
