Working with Jessica to sell our home was a blessing! After nearly a year of trying, Jessica came in and had it sold within two months. She was knowledgeable, knew the market for our area & was honest about pricing. Her yard signs where amazing as were beautiful colored flyers of the house & rooms left for those that came to see the house. She was very responsive to my texts & calls, encouraging & we felt and knew we were in good hands. It was a great experience!

Working with Jessica was such a blessing! My biggest regret was not listing our house with her sooner. Jessica was the second realtor to list our house and before her it sat for months. She is always there for you, knowledgeable about the market and marketing, will market your property and will be honest with you. Jessica is the realtor you want, she will get the job done!!!

Chance was incredibly responsive and able to answer any questions I had as a first time seller. There were quite a few missing documents from the original title company that’s he was able to recommend and direct me to best remedy the confusion. 100% recommend!
