I cannot rave enough about Amy Downs - Keller Williams Realty. Amy Downs and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, personal approach, and expert knowledge was of great value to myself and my family. We had a complex situation which their agency made very simple for us during a very emotional and stress period. What could have taken six or more months to sell our three-generation family home they accomplished in less than three months. From my experience working with real estate agencies in the past, Amy Downs Team - Keller Williams Realty is ABSOLUTELY amongst the best!

Robert Lee was a true asset as we searched for our new home. He helped us to narrow our choices and make the right selection. He continued to work diligently on our behalf as we went through the entire closing process. Robert and the rest of the Downs team made the whole process easy which was important since we were buying from out of state.

Great work, excellent customer service, they treat you like family. 10/10 ask for Sheila nalls she will get the job done, keeps in touch with you with Monday check ins, just very sweet and caring individual. We had a great experience and would buy and sell with her and her wonderful team all over again. Even though we don’t plan to because we love our new home lol I would definitely recommend them to any family and friend's.
