Amy team and Korin did a great job! They took a complicated situation and handled it very professionally and with knowledge! I was appraised of situations, almost in real-time, weekends, after-hours, you name it, they responded. Worked hand-in-hand with the title company and helped move the transaction along quickly.

My experience with Jane from Amy Downs' team was fantastic despite the challenges we faced selling my house. Jane went above and beyond, even postponing her personal travel plans to assist my family during our house visit in Texas. Their communication was consistently excellent, providing clear updates and thoughtful guidance throughout. The team offered valuable advice that I trusted completely, making a complicated situation manageable. Sheila and Jennifer were so helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process of listing, showing and then completely helpful throughout the closing process...They were always a step ahead in having any information available that I needed..I am greatful their efforts on my behalf and of the people in the background who helped them keep everything moving..Thank you everyone on Amy Downs' team..

What can’t I say about Jane? She’s just awesome. She was super helpful throughout my house search and the transaction process. Any time I had any questions, she was on top of it. Either she knew the answer or already or reached out to the necessary resource to get whatever was needed. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone. I’ll be sure to refer her to anyone who is either trying to buy or sell a home.

This team was amazing and made our buying and selling process so smooth. Jennifer was incredible at keeping us in the loop from start to finish and making sure we didn’t have any questions. Emily does so much behind the scenes and always there for help. Sheila was our realtor and I can’t say enough amazing things about her. She’s professional but personal and so calm through the whole process. She was like family to us and we are so grateful to have had her through the stressful moments! Highly recommend this team.
