Matt came in after the first agent became unavailable. It was a seamless transition. We had a very difficult request on selling our home yet continuing to live in it for 14 months. Matt and team was able to find the right buyer and not only got a great price for our home but did a turn key on the rental contract to allow us to stay in our home till we moved out to our new home being constructed. Matt was always responsive and worked hard to ensure we had all of our requirements met.

Matt was GREAT! He always answered my calls, always ready wth the correct answers. Never ignored me. If I had a question, he took the time to help me with selling my house. Matthew proved to be An exceptional agent. He was professional knowledgeable easy-going insightful and a kind person who was a pleasure to work with. He provided me with daily updates usually with a phone call and or text to keep me informed of the process of showing and selling my condominium which occurred within five days of listing. Matt was incredible throughout the home buying process, especially as first-time homebuyers! He taught us a TON, was super knowledgeable around the Phoenix area and had a great pulse on the market and what it took to be competitive. He watched new listings like a hawk and always sent recommendations quickly to get a jump on each potential opportunity. After countless weekends touring houses, multiple strong offers we landed our place in just over 1 month, in one of the hottest markets… incredible! Matt was super responsive, gave us a truthful/unbiased opinion, and handled all of the detailed work including scheduling of inspectors and all of the additional steps needed while under contract. We couldn’t have been happier, and can’t wait to use Matt in the future! He’s very transparent, listened well to our criteria / feedback on the potential selections, and was patient with us under our constraints to find the right house, even in a very tough market with so much competition.
