We contacted Andrew to sell our Vegas home because of his knowledge of the area. We were moving out of state and wanted an agent who we could trust to give 110% especially in this housing market! Andrew went above and beyond with his open houses for us. He also did little fixes for our Vegas home once we moved without hesitation. He is extremely kind, personable, and efficient. My wife and I were looking to potentially downgrade our house to a smaller unit, in order to save money. When I contacted Mr. Andrew Bunkers via the Keller Williams Group. We discussed our options and reasons for wanting to move, and ultimately Mr. Bunkers suggested that instead of us moving, that we just complete a Cash-out Refinance instead. There was no need for him to give that kind of advice, esp when it was no monetary gain to himself. Rather than take on my wife and I as sellers and buyers, he gave us a better perspective on our options, and suggested a better outcome for our family. He put us into contact with the nicest Refinance/loan company, and we ended up better in the end for it. I would suggest The Keller Williams Group to anyone, anytime, esp Mr. Andrew Bunkers, who was phenomenal and very well knowledgeable and informative. Thank you.

Brian is the best realtor my family and I have ever worked with. He just recently sold my house in Las Vegas while I was located in Tennessee. It was such a quick and easy process, even living so far away. He is completely on top of everything and is always accessible. If I ever needed anything for my house, he would show up personally or knew someone excellent who could help (cleaning, fixing, you name it). He is super knowledgeable and a very nice guy! He goes above and beyond what many typical realtors do, and works to get the price you want. I'm glad I found him! Thanks for everything Brian!
