My fiancé and I were looking to buy a house here in Orange County. We were referred to Mark Ochoa by our close friends who he had helped find a home and they highly recommended him because they said he was really good at what he does. Mark gave us a free buyer consutlation that was very educational and absolutely priceless. Before meeting with him we were lost as to what the first steps would be to buying a house. During our consultation Mark gave us a lay of the land and showed us what’s happening in the market and where the trend is headed. He showed us certain things in the purchase agreement that we could do to make our offer stand out, get accepted, save a ton of money, and how to protect ourselves. He also recommended us to his lender. After the consultation we knew Mark was our guy because it was evident that he knows what he’s doing and he made us feel very comfortable. We need a little more time to get things in order, but when we’re ready we’re definitely calling Mark.

Mark Ochoa did an amazing job selling our home in Yorba Linda. He sold it in just nine days, even with the market slowing down. We had 82 groups come through the open house, 90 showings total, and ended up with 10 offers. Thanks to Mark, we were able to go with the highest one. We weren’t there for the open house, but our neighbors told us the street was packed. They said there was a swarm of people on the block and around the house, and they’d never seen anything like it. That really says a lot about the kind of attention Mark was able to bring to our home. He made everything easy and guided us through the whole process. He even connected us with a great agent in another state where we’re planning to buy next. Mark is now our family’s real estate agent - and we mean that literally. Our daughter is getting ready to buy her first home, and of course she’s going through Mark Ochoa too along with some other friends we know that are looking to sell. Disappointed Buyer Experience – Proceed with Caution I’m a veteran and father of two young children, and was recently involved in a home search where I worked with Mark Ochoa on a property that meant a lot to my family. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. Mark disclosed what he claimed was the “highest offer,” then told me he’d be doing another round where all buyers were expected to increase their offers — even though no new competing offers had been presented. It felt like I was being pressured to bid against myself, with no transparency or real negotiation on my behalf. As a buyer, I expected fair treatment and professionalism. Instead, I felt like my role was simply to drive up the seller’s price, with little regard for my interests or circumstances. Real estate is a business, but it’s also about trust — especially when families like mine are trying to build a future. I strongly recommend that any buyer working with Mark secure their own representation, and proceed carefully to ensure their best interests are truly protected.

Mark has really surpassed expectations to really guide us through the buying process of our first home. He was very persistent following up with our offers and was able to get us our dream home. The home was also our favor with the offer which is unheard of in the current home buying market. I have know Mark for nearly 15 years and I knew right away he was the right one to get us our dream home. Spent a lot of time doing things to help us that any other agent wouldn’t have which was superb. We will be using him any time we need to buy another property or sell in the long term future or short term.

Mark Ochoa helped me sell our house in the city of Anaheim. At first, I tried to sell it on my own because I thought it wouldn't be hard to sell a home in the heart of Orange County, but it wasn't working out for me. Many agents offered to sell our house, but we went with Mark because he was the obvious choice. He made some sound recommendations to prepare our home for sale and we did exactly what he said. The Coming Soon Campaign Mark and his team ran generated a substantial amount of online traffic which led to tens of thousands of views and over 50 showings in the first weekend. In fact, my neighbors told me there were a bunch of cars parked in front of our house and there was a line of people waiting their turn to go in and view our property. We had over 10 offers to choose from in 4 days and I ended up netting more than I would have if I sold it on my own and that's after paying a commission!
