My fiancé and I were looking to buy a house here in Orange County. He showed us certain things in the purchase agreement that we could do to make our offer stand out, get accepted, save a ton of money, and how to protect ourselves. He also recommended us to his lender. After the consultation we knew Mark was our guy because it was evident that he knows what he’s doing and he made us feel very comfortable. We need a little more time to get things in order, but when we’re ready we’re definitely calling Mark.

Mark Ochoa did an amazing job selling our home in Yorba Linda. He sold it in just nine days, even with the market slowing down. We had 82 groups come through the open house, 90 showings total, and ended up with 10 offers. Thanks to Mark, we were able to go with the highest one. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. Mark disclosed what he claimed was the “highest offer,” then told me he’d be doing another round where all buyers were expected to increase their offers — even though no new competing offers had been presented. It felt like I was being pressured to bid against myself, with no transparency or real negotiation on my behalf. As a buyer, I expected fair treatment and professionalism. Mark has really surpassed expectations to really guide us through the buying process of our first home. He was very persistent following up with our offers and was able to get us our dream home. The home was also our favor with the offer which is unheard of in the current home buying market. I have know Mark for nearly 15 years and I knew right away he was the right one to get us our dream home. Spent a lot of time doing things to help us that any other agent wouldn’t have which was superb. We will be using him any time we need to buy another property or sell in the long term future or short term.
