We recently sold our house with Margaret, and it was an incredible experience. Margaret was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and worked closely with us throughout the entire process. She accommodated our family schedule and made the process as easy as possible. She’s an expert and also an all-around kind person. As first-time home buyers, my husband David and I truly could not have asked for a better agent than Margaret in terms of expertise, knowledge of the area, communication/responsiveness, and ability to work with sellers' agents on our behalf. Margaret encouraged us through months of looking at houses and helped us to learn about how the process works as we went. Despite searching for a home being a long and at times stressful process, Margaret helped us to feel confident each step of the way and whenever she was negotiating on our behalf, we felt nothing but full trust in her work in advocating for us. Margaret did an exceptional job with the sale of my home. She helped me understand the process and advised me on which things I should and should not do to prepare my home for sale. Her can-do, service-oriented approach was exactly what I needed. She located professionals to ready my home for sale. She helped me determine a price point that worked, and reviewed multiple offers with me, having done the due diligence with the lenders. All of that you could say about many realtors. What set Margaret apart was how much she invested herself into our project, the diligence she put into data collection, the enthusiasm she expressed about my home, and her personal touch. Her advice was spot-on. She was more than a realtor to me - she was a confidant and my partner, and she made our big project joyful and fun! I couldn't have done it without her, and I highly recommend her.
