David made the home buying process straightforward and smooth for us as first time home buyers. He was there with us every step of the way and explained all of the details. The software he uses sends listings that fit your criteria to your inbox every morning so you never miss a property you might be interested in. He is always a text or phone call away if you have any questions. He gets each step of the process rolling right away and is often one step ahead, so you are never left waiting or wondering. David is passionate about what he does and it shows in the great care he takes in his work. All of the professionals he recommended, from the inspector to the lawyer were great to work with as well. We had the absolute pleasure of working with David Ladner, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
