Patrick did an excellent job as my buyers agent. He was very attentive and always available to discuss things as they unfolded. Even though I’m pretty sure he had many clients it never seemed to impact the process and I always felt like my house hunt was a top priority. To be honest I was initially trying to get a house without a buyers agent but after talking with Patrick about the details, he helped me submit several offers on homes. Ultimately I’m very happy to have had Patrick as my buyers agent and feel as though my offer would not have been accepted or the deal would have fell through during the process without him. My particular loan package was very unusual and Patrick helped present it appropriately to the sellers and explain the less common nuances to sellers agents. He was also always professional (even when others were not). Patrick has extensive knowledge to aid in buying and selling homes as well as strong critical thinking skills that aid in developing creative solutions and multiple options for every situation. He was always willing to help whether it was calling my bank or current landlord to help get things settled. With his help I was able to find a house in my budget at a lower price than originally listed with an inspection even in a strong sellers market and popular area. I would highly recommend Patrick as a realtor!

When we decided it was time to sell our home in Reading in January, 2025, we weren’t sure what would be needed to get the best sale price, or how long it would take, but David Ladner sure did. When interviewing realtors to represent us for this real estate transaction, David made a compelling case for choosing him, and his RE/MAX Harmony team. We were delighted to learn, over the next few weeks, that he meant every word. When we signed the realtor agreement with David, a flurry of activity ensued, including interior measurements, advice regarding touch-ups we should, and should not do, interior and exterior photography, drone photos, interior staging, drafting listings, organizing handouts, etc. David’s pricing strategy was intended to generate optimum interest for our house, which was expected to sell above the average price in Reading. David’s RE/MAX team made sure that everybody looking for a house knew that ours was on the market, and set accurate expectations for prospective buyers regarding the likely competitive interests that would emerge for this house. The first (and only) open house week-end came a few weeks later, with several prospective buyers having already spoken by phone with David, with expectations to follow up in person. David was on site personally to manage the 90 minute open house sessions on Saturday and Sunday with the final open house set for Monday, and the offer deadline was set for mid-afternoon on Wednesday. By Tuesday evening, the offer we would ultimately accept was in hand, which was $150K above asking, tendered by a delightful local family looking to move into a larger home - much like we had done 25 years earlier. We executed the P&S on Thursday afternoon and closed 30 days later. From beginning to end, David was there, in person, overseeing the activities, and even assisting with moving day, including resolving a minor snafu with the moving company. We came to know David as a consummate professional who seemingly effortlessly managed all of the complex details of this transaction. Importantly, he was (and is) also kind, thoughtful, friendly and generous. We picked David to represent us because of his compelling story as an accomplished, local realtor. He lived up to this promise and now we consider him a friend as well. We highly recommend David and his team to help with the sale of your home. He actively listens to understand your needs and interests; he offers thoughtful feedback and reaches out in real time to share his thoughts on options to consider in preparing for the sale of your home; he has an honest, open and sincere presence, online and most importantly, in person.
