We had the absolute pleasure of working with David Ladner, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. One of the things that impressed us most is that when we purchased our current home earlier this year, we did not have an agent, and David was actually representing the sellers. Despite that, he still went out of his way to offer us guidance and support throughout the process. He provided thoughtful recommendations for a home inspector, contractors, and a real estate lawyer, loan companies —none of which he was obligated to do. His kindness and transparency during that experience left a lasting positive impression on us. When it came time to sell our previous home, choosing David as our listing agent was an easy decision. Once again, he exceeded expectations. His strategic advice on preparing the home, identifying which improvements would be most valuable, and determining the ideal time to list proved to be incredibly effective. I highly recommend David Ladner to represent any seller or buyer in MA. From our first meeting, David impressed me with his attention to detail and extensive knowledge of selling and buying real estate. When you hire David, you are also hiring an incredibly professional team of experts who work in alignment with David. He is tremendously generous with his time and never fails to provide updates in real time. I truly enjoyed David’s offers to help coordinate contractors coming in to make my home present in the best possible light and his advice was always spot on! Luiyi is easy to work with. He went out of his way to help me with local resources when I was from out of state. Highly recommend because of attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Luiyi introduced me to local lawyers and resources to help with the probate process.

David was phenomenal during every step of the process. This was my first time selling a property and he clearly and concisely explained every step. He was very helpful in dealing with some difficult third parties and made the entire experience as easy as it could be, including providing recommendations for repairs and solid contractors who did a great job. I've been working with David for over 10 years and it's always easy and a pleasure. Several friends and family have also utilized him from our referral. You never really think about how a good realtor is there for you during many of your biggest life moments and yet as soon as I've had one that involved something about the living space, he's who I know I can call. He is responsive and and professional and is well connected.
