We were connected with Erin Gaffen via a coworker of mine as we were in need of a new realtor and in search of a larger home to accommodate our growing family! Erin responded to my initial email very quickly and offered to meet us at an open house we were going to! From that moment we knew that she was the perfect fit! Erin worked diligently to find us the right home and after several “almost’s”, we found it in groveland! She was able to get us into a showing and submit a competitive offer quickly, which was ultimately accepted! Erin continued to work very hard to schedule things and communicate with the rest of the legal and realty teams. Throughout the entire process, we felt like family. Erin was excellent to work with. She had helped us to purchase our condo and we chose to use her again to help us sell it during our move. She was very responsive to texts/emails and transparent with us on the selling process and fees involved as well as the strategy creating our listing price for the area. Would definitely use her again when we buy another property.
