Working with Theo was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our very first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home. What stood out most was his responsiveness and clear communication throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering questions, setting up showings, or explaining next steps, Theo always made me feel informed and supported. He’s was a personable and skilled listener when it came to finding what I was looking for and never pushed me into anything that didn’t feel right. His expertise really showed during negotiations, helping me get a great deal and navigating everything smoothly. Even after closing, Theo continues to check in and offers advice along with referrals for local services I might need. I can’t recommend Theo enough. Theo was a wonderful Relator to work with when purchasing my first home. I was a first time home buyer from out of state looking to move into the north shore area and had a lot of specifics I was looking for in a home. Theo made sure that all my specifics of what I was looking in a home were at the forefront of every property we got to see. Theo’s constant contact and updates being 4 hours away were not only comforting, but kept the motivation to find a home going in times where there wasn’t a lot on the market. Theo was able to arrange a last minute showing of a beautiful property in Stoneham that not only fit every aspect of what I was looking for, but was the home I ended up purchasing. Theo’s amazing perseverance landed me my dream home with every ounce of character and charm I was looking for and more. Theo walked me through every aspect of the buying process and made sure I was always updated on everything along the way. He removed the stress of a first time home buyer for me and made my experience one that I am forever grateful for. My experience with Theo didn’t stop there. Since my purchase of my house, Theo has been a constant source and support through home ownership. I am forever grateful for his support and help. Theo is truly one of a kind. We were so happy we went with Theo when it was time to sell our condo. We felt like Theo really understood the unique draw of our location and semi-historic home and was able to highlight those features to attract potential buyers, rather than putting together just a generic listing. He had such a good grasp of the market and was able to draw an incredible number of people to our open houses. His people skills really shone here. We were able to get a number of great offers and he very carefully walked us through all of them to understand what components came together to make the best offer for our situation. We were very happy with the whole process and felt like we were in great hands throughout!
