My wife and I just purchased a home and lended our trust to Marcy's team in AZ. Worked extensively with Joe Barker on her team. What an incredible experience! So very personalized service that went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We relocated from the Pacific Northwest and through every step of the process Joe took our buying experience to the next level, took care to understand our needs and wants and helped us in navigating the AZ market effectively. Cannot recommend Marcy and her team more highly.

Great team and perfect execution without a hitch!! The Murphy Team sold and close on my house in less than a month. Lightning Speed! Great coordination, very responsive, and they get the process down to the t. If you could only keep up with them. Her team provided detail instructions on every step throughout the process. You can tell she has worked very closely with all the companies. From the company that is taking pictures of your house, handyman if you need them, to the title company. There is never an "I don't know what's next" in their answers. Marcy knows the Scottsdale market very well. I have total trust in her strategy and execution. Totally exceeded my expectations and will definitely work with her team again.

Marcy Murphy got us multiple offers and above asking price within 24 hours of listing our house, and we closed in 20 days! I had my home on the market with another Realtor 5 months, I was getting plenty of foot traffic but I just couldn’t get it sold. Finally I let me realtor go and hired Marcy Murphy from Berkshire Hathaway. THE DAY Marcy listed the home, someone wanted to buy the house- upon inspection of the home it was discovered I had an issue with my roof. The seller pulled out of the deal and Marcy and her staff found not only another buyer, but a back up buyer all within a matter of days. Marcy, her staff and Berkshire Hathaway’s concierge service were there every step of the way- I NEVER had to worry about taking care of any details- they took care of everything. My home, for some reason, posed several challenges and Marcy and staff addressed each one head on. I will be forever grateful to her and Berkshire Hathaway for guiding me through a very difficult process. She/they are simply the best in the business, hands down , no questions asked- You’d be a fool not to use their services!!
